need to know what kind of fluid to put into a t5 trans and an 8.8 diff. car is a 93

trans go to a gm dealer and get their syncromeshfluid its amazing as for the rear im not to sure what goes in there

tranny uses ATF (automatic transmission fluid) like stated above GM syncromesh is what was recommended but borgworner (original producer of the T-5) i highlyrecommend it i use it in my tranny, and i also recommend a name brand synthetic fluid one or the other would do just fine....

as for the rear i know it's heavy gear oil but i'm not sure exactly what weight, i believe that it's 80W90

Make sure you use the special friction modifier for your posi clutch packs or you'll screw up your posi and end up with an open diff.
