I only wish I had a/c. If I were all you guys wanting to get rid of a/c I'd just pony up the cash for some more power to compensate for the a/c. Sweating my ***** off in traffic sucks the hind teet.

best piece of info i can give you is get an ac eliminator pulley...

someo n took the ac off my 83 and just ran a smaller belt improperly... none of the dumbasses before me could figure out why the belt would shred or jump off the pulleys

If you get the AC elim then you can run the stock belt, otherwise you will have to run a short belt.

Get the A/C eliminator that reroutes the power steering pump to the spot where the A/C used to be and tell us how it worked. They have one in Mustangs Unlimited.

i would get the elim kit and use the stock belt because my car has been eating up belts for the past 5 years (ive only had it for about a month) and i am putting ac back on

theres just some bolts and hoses, its not that bad it was pretty much the first thing i did when i got my car and didnt know anything. theres also things you can remove on the firewall and in front of the radiator, not sure what theyre called just follow the lines. all together i think i took 35-40lbs off the front end
