need help with pushrod length

Default need help with pushrod length

I'm rebuilding my car to a 306 with trw forged pistons stock rods and crank and i'm putting on twisted wedge heads and 1.6 roller rockers now i'm really unsure about pushrod length can you guys help me with this, i'm starting tomorrow also what about valve clearence. thanks

on that note "not to jack your thread" i was sondering if its possible to "stroke" it without changing the pistons like 306 or 347 with stock pistons?

A 347 has a bore of .30 over but to not bore and stroke it would be a 342 and a 331 a 327 or something, i think push rods would be same length

saleen, stock length *should* work, its a good place to start. if you really wanna know you need a length checker, which looks like a pushrod but its adjustable. summit has them for less than 20 bucks i believe. even if stock length works, you'll NEED hardened pushrods to work with the guideplates on those AFR heads.
