I actually had a ricer, it was just a 1.8 stroked to a 2.2 NAbut it only ran a mere 9.99 at 134. I am just hoping that the CF Driveshaft shows some sort of gain. I will be dynoing the car and doing some test passes before/after. Hoping to give some enthusiasts alternatives to what is already available. My buddy runs the company and is allowing me to test the new CF Driveshaft, I can say I am pretty excited about this.

If the aluminum driveshaft is irrelevant i highly doubt ford would put them on the police interceptor models on the crown vic. Personally I just picked up an aluminum driveshaft from a 98 gt 5 spd i figure should be the same, ill have it on in a few days... im not expecting a huge difference but i figure it cant hurt...

what i wanna know is what is one of these pices at??? if its more than 200 bucks id say its kinda unneeded... but i guess every lil thing helps... and carbon fiber is strong as **** too... i understand what u are all saying about hte rotational mass... if u run numbers ull find it wont be much of a different unless u rum really high rpms.... which most mustangs dont... i agree with the few that say lightweight rim/tire combo... if your worried about getting every hp u can outta your car..... however since its free i say go for it.... if nothing else ull have a really really strong DS... which isnt a bad thing

Influence---I am not bad mouthing imports chill out. I am also not calling you out but damn 9.9 sec 2.2 liter with no power adder. That would literally be the fastest n/a fwd drive in the country according to my newest PAS magazine. What made you give that up for a 5.0.

Actually I have always been a foxbody guy, My 2nd one i wrapped around a pole and through a brick wall due to some guy cutting me off pretty bad and alot of gravel on the ground from all the road construction. I am on my third now and have just been restoring it.
No bash taken I just though i would throw that out since its pretty fast. Actually I sponsor a guy who has the fastest NA honda its a 2.4 that ran, I believe 9.60 at 135 or 136 last year out here at Pomona. I owned a race team in 03-04 and manufacture billet performance parts. I was actually thinking about doing a nice billet TB and Rail set up for the Fox's but there are already so many available. So I have been throwing other things up in the air here and there.
Also is anybody interested in an AEM EMS for the Fox....Let me know.I havethe EMS, Uego Gauges, Ignition, etc. all brand new in the box
