Shocks/struts for lowered SN95

My car is lowered 1.5" and I was wondering about the length of new shocks. Summit has the Eibach kit which is designed for lowered suspension but are these actually shorter than the other shocks like KYB gas adjust which only says stock suspension? I am trying to keep the bill under $500 so what is the best out there for my car?

Mine's lowered. I went with KYB adjustable, work great for me
