Default WEIRD STARTING PROBLEM

i posted about this before. Car worked fine, turned it off, next morning went to start heard a little pop sound(i think), then nothing. When i turn the key i hear a click than nothing. I put a new battery in, cleaned the terminals, tried jumping the silinoid. All the power options are working i believe. at least doors and windows. THought it could be a screw up with the alarm or starter. HELP!!!!

so best thing to do would be to replace the soilinoide and check the grounds, and if that doesnt work replace the starter. Is there anyway i could remove it and have it checked to see it is alright. A ground seems probable too.

check both battery cables for interanal corrsosion also as this raised the resistance and kills current flow to the starter too. if you see any corrosion at the ends, I recommend you get new cables and make sure all the connections are tight at both the solenoid and block an starter also.
