awhile back i came to you guys about my car shaking violently at high speeds...well i never noticed it till just recently but sometimes when im goin about 80 to 90 if i let off the gas it completly stops and as soon as i touch the pedal again it starts right back up but sometimes when i take my foot off the pedal it still happens...somethin weird is goin on here...is it my engine causing the vibration...when it really starts shaking the hood seems to get the worst...im in desperate need of new plugs...could it be a small missfire...let me know what u guys think

I would say u-joints......check your drive shaft. Also make sure you motor mounts arent broken.
