Default new rear end question, whats it worth

I found a new 8.8 with strange 33 spline axles and a strange spool, c-clip eliminators, rear girdle, 4.30 gears, competition engineeringsprings and adjustable rear shocks, and 2 weld draglites 9x15 with a 28x10 slick.
he wants $3000, do you guys think this is a good deal? the diff only has 1 pass on it,
let me know what you guys think. should I jump on this buy?

So what is that in American dollars? You can get a built 9" rear for about 2-2.5K depending on options.

I'd say the rear itself is only worth $1000 at most. The wheels and tires lets say 350, the springs and shocks another 300. Put it together thats 1650. It may be worth a little more but that seems really expensive. I'd say at most its worth $2000 us and buying it as a package deal you should be able to get a little better then that.

Also remember if its used once or used 100 times its still used parts. Nothing wrong with used parts but they shouldn't ask what they cost new for used parts.
