What electric fan to use?

What electric fan to use?
I recently took my belt fan off and put on a electric fan that I bought from Kragen. (bad idea) now when I drive in 80+ degree weather my car will start to overheat. Now that I have put on my new AFR heads , I do not want to start the engine before I know it will not overheat. Right now I do not have a fan shroud on the electric fan either. Do I just need a fan with more CMF? Not sure what the CMF is on the fan I bought from Kragen but I am sure its not to good. Any suggestions?
Also if anyone can tell me how far should I turn my new roller rockers while installing? (40K miles crate engine) I have them down to 3/4 a turn after zero lash

RE: What electric fan to use?
i just bought an electric fan off a late 80s ford taurus 3.8 and do not regret spending what i spent on it. ( 70 bucks from a junk yard. KILLER!) it works great and are pretty easy to find. i would look into getting one of those. i am pretty sure you will love it as much as i do. good luck on whatever you decide.
