RE: how hard is this??
its pretty easy, youll have to remove the seats and center console, and for the weatherstriping just take off the old ones and put in the new ones, you might have to loosen the rear inside trim pieces.

Your name says 98 but your posts specifies a notch so im guessing this is for an 87-93?
If so, start by removing the seats. Next take off the caps on the side of the lower console near the seatbelts. and remove those bolts. Use a Torx to remove the belt anchors.
The armrest should lift up and out. Up front pry off the shifter bezel and there are2 screws in front of the ashtray.
Next, I think the cover under the steering column has to come off to access a screw for the center console. Open the glovebox and there will be another screw, remove that.
There are 2 more screws at the back topside of the lower console, remove those and the console should lift off. Unhhok the window switch and lighter if you have them.
The rear seat may have to come out, i dont remember how far back the carpet goes. Push down and back on the bottom cushion and it should come out. You can push the seatbelts back thru the holes in the seat. Dont forget the kick panels. You may ruin the push pins but can be reused if they arent too bad.
Remove the doorsills and the carpet should come out.
The door weatherstripping should pull right off unless it was stickied in there. You dont need any adhesive but some muscle and minor trimming may be needed to get it to seat. you may have to pull at the rear 1/4 trim panel a little to but its not too hard. I dont remember if i had to remove the trim above the door or not. Just looseining it should enough if you have to.
Hope im not forgetting anything. Shouldnt take much more than an hour, if that.
