Default k member help

i was wondering if its ok to remove this bolt. i need to remove the k member to get to a few bolts and slide the engine forward. the bolt is really hard to push through the hole and i was wondering if there is any weight or anything resting on this. i do have the wheels on jacks to make sure but i want to double check with you guys

What bolt are you refering to? The bolt in the bottom pic is a control arm bolt. Taking that off would cause a few problems.

If you are removing the k-member you need to support the car differently. when you remove the k-member the control arms, rack & pinion, motor mounts all come with it. you need to support the car by the frame and also support the engine with a hoist.

If you take the control arm bolt out now the way you have it supported, if you even could get it out, the car would not be supported anymore and would fall to the floor damaging everything in the way of the control arms.....

That bolt looks to be the rack bolt, not the control arm bolt. You shouldn't have to remove it.
