The best I can recommend is to call Brads Custom Auto in Seattle.
Brad is pretty deeply rooted, and he should be able to point you in the direction of a dyno shop.
I don't believe he has a dyno in his shop though...

The Bellevue Mustang show has had a mobile dyno for the last couple of years. They don't tune there, but you can make a run for a decent price.
I hope to have the motor done in time to get on it this year...

Again, I don't think they have a dyno, but they should know where to send you...

A great place to go is BLOOD ENTERPRISES in Auburn. Where exactly in washington do you live? I am located in spanaway, which is about an hour from seattle.

i live in arlington which is like north of seattle about an hour.finally somebody from washington. some body told me that somebody in smokey point has a dyno but i dont know for sure?
