They should ban him if they want to enforce that rule they posted about ricers coming on here and talking trash or otherwise, it will continue to get worse.
MODERATORS, you shouldn't make empty threats.
I believe the rules should be enforced EVERY time a rule is broken no matter if that person has 3 posts or 30000 posts.
