Default how do i remove this (pics)

there are bolts on it but they are different from other bolts. i was wondering if i needa special tool to take them offor can i just use a rachet. my manual is unclear

what bolts? that pic is really small. are u talkin about the flywheel?

If you don't have a flywheel tool you will need to put a socket on the harmonica and hold it in order to loosen the bolts.That is, if you are talking about the flywheel.

sorry about the pic guys. should i use a screwdriver to stop the flywheel from spinning when i take off the bolts?

Impacts are good. If you still have the dowel pins in there you can lay a screwdriver on em and stick the blade between the teeth of the flywheel Get some leverage that way, that's what I do and it works fine

A quick jerk or two on a 2' breaker bar (with a cheater pipe if nessecary) is a good poor man's alternative for the impact gun. Just have a friend or someone hold the socket against the bolt so it doesn't try to jump off when you yank on it.
