That isn't your fuel rail, that is your heater lines. There is nothing hooked to your schrader valve, it may have a black cap on it, but other than that it is just hanging out there.

hmm, can anyone take a picture of it so i can know what to look for? I was told theres a port below my throttle bottle but am having trouble locating this...

The schrader valve is right next to thethe front of the passenger side valve cover, it's on the metal line. It's got a little part that comes off of the metal line that should have a black plastic cap on it.

find your injectors, that tube that is sittin on top of them all is the fuel rail. the port is on the side of that.
