what grease do i use for cam installi

have some amsoil lithum 2 grease.... its my dads but i can use it... he siad he didnt know if it would be good for a cam install or not.... will this work if not what do u gues use??

cool... i use amsoil so it should all play nice together lol... i should re pretty generous when applying hte grease rite?? is more not good in this case??

put the greese on the tappets kinda just smear it on each lobewith youre finger.. i hear to use just motor oil on the cam bearing surfaces though.

White engine grease is perfect. Get it all over the lobes, and don't forget to change your oil/filter after 30 min of it running.

anyways what you use with a roller cam isnt as touchy as with a flat tappet. you could use anything from oil, to stp, to assembly lube, to white grease, to moly grease. hell it dont matter - slap some vasoline on that biatch (actually certain older motors need the oil pumps packed with vasoline or they wont prime) bet ya guys didnt know THAT huh?
