Make sure the valve job is done on a serdi machine and not a guy with a hand held stone machine
wait wait wait, you mean someone else here knowzs their *** from a hole in the ground??? (well, other than adder)

i spent 5 years manning a serdi. stones are fine in a pinch, but for performance any carbide cutter machine is best
Someone will assume im a noob sooner or later. Post count means everything
STFU noob. What do you know? You've only been here a day!

adder, im gonna be perfectly honest with you. your gonna have a hell of a time with the exhaust side. 9 outta 10 SBF's the intakes are nice and clean and smooth so thats easy, but the exhaust valves are gonna have small pitting in them and to a lesser extent the seats too. if you wanna make your life a little easier, just bring your valves or at least your exhausts up to the machine shop and have them grind them, it'll only cost a couple bucks a valve and they could probably do it while you wait if they arent busy and you clean the valves before you bring em in.
