Default T70 5-6 psi

I bought a turbo kit for my 1990 GT. Im gonna be running 5-6 psi. Will the stock block and head hold that. I have a walbro 255 in the tank. Stock injectors till iget more money. I also have nitrous kit im using for intercooler spray. Does it make a big difference to spray it or is it a waist of money.

depending on mileage and condtion. a healthy 5.0 will hold up to 5-6 psi....
A T70 is an awful big turbo for you only wanting 5-6 psi. a smaller turbo will spool alot faster than the t70 and will have no problem hitting 5-6 psi.. unless your wantingalot moreboost in the future.

a t70will have more turbo lag then a smaller turbo will.. the bigger turbos make up for the lag if you pushing alot of boost from thembutnot worth it for just5-6 psi me myself I would'nt want that much lag.. a smaller turbo will be more than capable of hitting 5-6 psi but will hit the desired psi alot faster which is a very good thing...

I had a supra turbo for a little over 2 yrs and still have buddies with them.. I love forced induction...

anytime you can cool the intercooler off you cool down the temp of air going into engine which is always a good thing...

Stock shortblock, H/C/I, T70 cranked all the way up, and a 35 jet in the kit. It made 21psi.

when you say intercooler spray, do you mean your going to spray the intercooler with nitrous or you will be using the nitrous as an intercooler?
with so little boost, id spray the nitrous into the motor

Im going to spray the intercooler with it. I have another block im building a 331 out of. I just dont have all the money to finish it yet so Im gonna run the turbo on my stock motor and injectors till i get my engine built then i will run it on that and install a C&L MAF and bigger injectors so i can have more boost.

You are going to have to get at least 42 lb injectors. You will lean the motor out bad on 19s
