Forced Induction

RE: Forced Induction
nope no idea...the motor will be finished being built by urs truly lol by next week...hopefully.
yeah if i do boost it im going to go s/c and not go past 500hp since my block wont handle it & stroker kit is rated for 500hp. a s/c wont do me much good if i only want to make 50-75hp correct? that would be like 3lbs of boost LOL

RE: Forced Induction
well it depends...i got to get my aode rebuilt or im going to buy one from PA & i want a custom stall from edge. a local shop that builds trannys and has 35 yrs experience said its 1,300 for basic rebuild...they said they would have to look at it to see if it will hold 500hp. PA wants like almost 2K for there super streeter. edge wants $569 for 3000stall + shipping...i think PA's comes w/ a stall and the loccal shop has the converter included. ill have about 1K when i get my taxes back + what i have saved. so it will a little down the road...i could spend up to about 1K if i could get a real good setup. btw do you think the stock rims would be better than the FR500 rims?
