no real difference in hp numbers its more just sounds difference. i would go with a prochamber if i were you they sound awesome check out the exhaust sticky to give you an idea

+1 If you do a search you will prob find 1,433,573,374 threads on this. The power gain is minimal... pick the one that SOUNDS the best to you. It would be ashame to not get a certain exhaust because or 2-3hp (on a stockISH car)

In most cases... yes. And +1 to what HACK said, the MAC Pro-Chamber sounds awsome.
