Dash swap from a 86 to a 87+.

How hard would it be?

Its been done but I don't know how well the connectors are going to go together. The underside of my 86 dash was really different then my 87s. You problably going to have to swap dash and light harnesses as well from the 87+.

i'm pretty sure the Zach is right with swapping the light harnesses..... why would you want to do that anyways?... the 86 dashs look somuch better then the 87-93's(IMO)and can be easily modified to fit autometer gauges in all the spots.

its a Fox body chasis, so it should be very doable.

all Fox body chasis can swap dashes, from mid 80's Cougars to '03 Cobra's
( with some trimming and custom bracket fabbing )
