OK, I'm I'm closing in on buying the TKO 600 I need, but I'm stuck as to what clutch to get. I've been leaning towards a Stage 3 Centriforce, but I want to know how good they are, because I have heard a few bad things about them. Ram, suppossably, makes a good clutch for the TKO, but in the discription is states something about them causing you to loose a little drivability. I've found another brand Zoom, which I've never heard of, and I was wondering how good they are. They're cheaper than the other two, which I like, but I'm currious about the price. I'd really like another Spec, which I have now, but to my knowledge they don't make any for 26 spline transmissions.

Any input would be highly appreciated, especially if you own any of the listed clutches, or know of another good brand I can look into for 26 spline trannies.

Well considering the Spec cost $340, or there abouts, that's pretty much the price, but no more than $400, and that's pushing it, the damn tranny kit is already costing me $2100. Funny thing is I'm gonna wind up paying more for the tranny than I did the whole car or at least damn close.

i have the centerforce LMC very nice clutch and very streetable, but it doesn't like to be slipped much, spent about 500 on it plus the new cable,quad, and firewall adjuster that i HAD to get...i'll be getting this clutch again if i ever wear it out 15,000 miles of me beating the hell out of it and looks like it's got 200miles, and when i say beating on it i don't mean just kinda i mean full out not lifting my foot off the gas when i shift beating, i havea pic of the clutch the i took last week, i have the motor out and was going to replace it while its out (assumed it was getting close to worn) untill i saw how good the disc was still made me happy i spent that much

Call Spec and talk to a guy named Matt. He has a 5.0 on another forum I go to. He should be able to get you a clutch for your TKO if they do have one.

i have a centerforce dual friction clutch.. i ran the **** out of my car last year .. and the clutch still looks brand new.. Very good clutch only clutch's ill run centerforce.. It grabs the very hard every time i run the car..

Cool, cool, anybody ever used Zoom clutches, or ever heard of them?

Spec DOES make a 26 spline cluth disc... call them and ask.. its not usually listed, but it does exist
