Default keep the quad shocks or trash em'

alright the quad shock off. now should i keep the shocks and just flip them around to squeeze bigger tires or just get rid of them?? now if i get rid of them are they going to affect my traction??

Is your rear suspension stock? If it is you should prob keep them, flip them over for more tire clearance. If you have aftermarket control arms than most people just get rid of them.

well thats what i wanna do, but yeah its still stock but i plan on getting thelowers real soon. so should ijust keep them off till i get them??? its not a daily driver.

I was talking with guys at the local track and they say even if you have stock control arms ditch the quad shocks. They hurt your launch.

I have UPR U/L's, but haven't installed them yet. I've been running mine for months on the stock U/L's w/ no quads.....no problems as of yet. I'm sure the rear will stick better once I replace the U/L's, though.

I was told... the quad shocks are there to stop the wheel hop. As long as you aren't doing any burners you shouldn't have any problems. Wheel hop is bad on the drivetrain don't let it happen.
