Default best way to get the engine back in

what is the best way to get the engine back into my mustang? the chain wont go all the way around it tolift it onto the hoist.

what do you mean? can u get access to them hooks that bolted up on stock 302's? they would probably work

I usually put the engines back in through the front of the car.

you shouldn't be putting the chain all the way around the motor anyway, that is a very good way to destroy an oil pan, maybe even the pickup or pump too.

lol deffently.. just use 2 big bolts one on the front and back of ur block and hook the chain up to?

i always come down thru the hood not in from the front unless its a van then ya gotta.... either way it shouldnt be a problem
