Default Wheel ?

Im looking at getting new wheels but have a few questions. First off im looking at some 17 x 9 / 10.5" Black Mustang Bullitt Deep Dish wheels with the polished lip. Will 17 x 10.5" fit on an 89 fox thats lowered 1.5" and if so what tire sizes front and rear should i run? Thanks for all the help

the 10.5's will not fit without extensive modifications... stick to the 17x9's and youll be fine

245/45/17 front and 275/40/17 rear

you will have to remove your quad shocks, roll your fenders, and hammer in your inner wheel wells.. along with running a spacer to get the wheels to fit without rubbing... Just get the 17x9 Bullit's with the polished lip.. they will look great

dont be so sure about that.... i was gonna get the 17x10.5 i think it was, rear bullits for my car and i did alot of research. There are about 5 people on corral that only had to remove the quad shock and use the right 5 lug conversion

no, its possible without spacers. but you would have to use an SN-95 or newer rear end, or its components. the SN-95 was about 1.5" wider in the rear than the foxes, and the new edge was ever wider.

so 91lxstang... wanna be a smartass... go ahead. But it will still cost considerably more money than just using what fits in the first place... not to mention, foxes look stupid with 17x10.5 wheels... especially with SN-95+ rear ends which just makes the rear look evem more Rican-ed out
