who makes Cams and upper/lower Intakes that are emissions legal? How much Horse power will I get if I add these... How much will I gain in the 1/4 mile? Is cam hard to install, Do I need any special tools?

i think e and b cams are emissions legal from ford, and upper and lower intakes dont make a difference on emissions unless im mistaken.... to install a cam you have to take off the upper and lower intake, push rods, lifter, water pump, timing cover, timing chain, radiator, its a labor involved process but it can be done while the motor is in the car

lots of suppliers make emission legal pieces parts for Stangs nowadays. just go to www.summitracing.com and look for the 50 states emissions legal symbol on those products that have passed the test in CA and go an exemption number.
