well, either 1 of 2 things is wrong. either the IAC is the wrong one, or the intake casting has gone awry.

can you flip it around? make the IAC go towards that coolant line. it looks like it might fit.
I've tried it every way imagineable. It just doesn't line up. The IAC is the right one. It worked on my stock throttle body fine. Thanks for the help.

Mike your picutres are good. I have the same throttle body as you and I did not have this problem. It sure looks like something wrong with the casting. I would think that Summitt would give you credit on this.

i agree with "you get what you pay for" thats why i would recommend going with bbk or some other known brand. but i can tell by te picture that it is bolted up correctly. i would return it and buy a better brand name.
Ordering another one today. I'll probably go with the BBK. Thanks!

I'm hoping they give me credit. Lord knows they have got enough of my money over the past few months!!! I'm curious why I got so lucky as to get a screwed up piece. I'm sure there are ALOT more out there that are going to have the same issue.

It looks like you got a factory defect, because I just installed a 70mm prof. prod. t/b polished and had no problem, my gaskets
lined right up. before this I ran a BBK and never had a problem since the get go, too bad they dont make em in polish, you should be able to get a refund or exchange

as for the guy that had thethrotle sticking problem, mine did the same thing for a while but works fine now, guess it broke in

It looks like one of the iac bolt holes got drilled in the wrong spot. You could probably just drill a new one and tap it.
