Recent work finally accomplished.

Torque box reinforcements
Upper control arm bushings in the rear housing replaced (they were wasted)
3" axle/rotor studs all the way around
31 slpine carrier and axles (in today)


That should def get me to the track now. Stillneed the Strange shocks/struts/front coil overs. Already have MM cc plates for when I do the suspension work.

wanna come do my torque box reinforments? have had em for over a year now, just sittin in storage...same with CC plates lol

Pro what are you going to do when you run that 11.90 and they kick you out of the track for the year till you get a cage? Also putting 31 splines really help launching off the line. I'm not afraid to put the tach up to 4500 and dump the clutch any more.

well it's 11.49 to cage now if that makes a diff lol

my track opened up today...it was about 25 and i got called in last night to salt

Zach, I'm gonna grin and leave!!! There will be NO cage going in my car.
Last year, best et was a 12.31 and my fastest mph was just under 118. But not in the same run[&:]
I;m hoping to do much better than 1.8 60' and I will have no problem launching hard out the gate. We'll see.

Really? I've never heard that before. I know capitol raceway was giving people problems this year for running high 11's without a cage. Don't know about other local tracks.
