yes it clears, barely, but it clears. it could be the problem tho, even if thats the case, we wont know until its off.

i had same problem with 351 swap pan from Ford Racing.

a hammer and piece wood "persuaded" it into place correctly

Thanks RBarn. I should have paid close attention before I put the motor in. I am going to think this one out before I rip the motor out again. Maybe I can fix it in the car!!!
