Default D 1 PROCHARGER

Just added a D1 Procharger to my 94 and I have a few questions before I take it to get tuned. Motor 331 stroker forged pistons and crank, TFS heads, intake, 65mmTB, 42LB injectors,255 literfuel pump,MSD ignition, stock coil, custom cam Headers no cat flowmasters, Tremec trans 10.5 26 spline disk and clutch plate 373 out back, and lot of other extras. I know I need a bigger TB like a 75mm, do i need bigger injectors too, and I was gonna get an msd coil to. What else do I need to get optimum power out of my tune.

Any suggestion on what brand of plug, as for the block I don't know what it cost new, when I bought the car the motor had just been rebuilt, I'll have to look back at all the receipts to see what it costs.
