How much $$$ for a new hatch?

A guy wants to charge me $125 canadian for a new hatch, mines ridiculously rusty and this one is in great condition with only 2 tiny patches of rust on it, same colour as mine too

thats about 108 US, that seems like a really good deal... seeing as a replacement fiberglass is upwards of 500
