Comprehensive costs you $1000 a year??? its only $200 a year here. I think you got collision and comprhensive mixed up
Getting full coverage is another story on the border.
My wife grew up in "the valley" ( Texas border near brownsville )
and auto-theft is so bad down there they wont hardly write new policies at all.

If you move down there and dont have coverage already, good luck trying to get some at all.

I really hope you get your car back!

I've had two cars stolen, and the cops found both... both were stolen by drug dealers to use a drug transporters...one was a 2003 Lexus GS400 (We have NO idea how they took it, it had laser cut keys and a Viper alarm) and the other was a 2004 F350 supercab.

So there is hope... just give it time!

Mine was stolen as well. They had it for 12hrs. It was recovered when the thief smacked the quarter panel and it the fuel cutoff switch. I feel your pain

If your car was stolen from 85304 there is a good chance also that it wound up on an Indian reservation.
Call the res cops and see if they found it......
