Default early 80's to late 80's front end swap

I was wondering if its possible to swap out the 2 squared headlight front end on a early 80's mustang for the late 80's 87-93 front end style? if its possible how much work is it? i figured front bumper headlights and maybe fenders and a hood? thanks guys

i am going to swap the front end of my 86 to that and of a 87+ also. i have been told it needs to swap the fenders hood and front bumper header panel and then of course headlights. my freind said it just a bolt on thing

the door, fender, quarterpanel and bumper moldings are diff like '93 LX FiveO' said. its not worth it to deface a car like that. sell your 4eye to someone who wants one and buy a newer one.

but yes it is possible, you can get most of the stuff at 50resto.com and ebay

i highly doubt they would just sell there car like that seriously.

ok i will make the offer if someone wants my 86 notch with a good a body i will trade it for someones 87-93 notch

Definitely don't deface the Four Eye Those cars are getting rarer every day - somebody out there will show it some love and I'm sure you can find a decent Two Eyed notch out there.

Mine used to be a four eye. I took it's glasses off and haven't regretted it once.
It is much easier if you are going to 87-93 LX because you don't have to mess withthe side skirts that the GT's have.
