Default Two words... Chilton or Haynes

If more people would buy and read these books, at least half of the stupid questions on this Forum would vanish. Like, "How do you relieve fuel pressure to change the fuel filter?" and "Can I run without a thermostat?" Some of the questions I see here are on the same level as, "How do I put fuel in my car?" DUH!!!

Yeah, but if you are going to own one, make sure it isn't the haynes version. It is horrible for the most part. Also asking on here sometimes gives you some insite that you wouldn't get from the book.

Im not to crazy about either one for the fox bodied mustangs. Yea, theres been some silly questions on here, but you have to remember that not everyone knows everything yet, even the silly stupid questions. Some of us are still "Grasshoppers"

^ +1, sometimes things aren't explaned very clearly in the books or you can't tell what they're talking about. That has happened to me with the Chilton book, but i've gotten better

yea they're handy but you do get more insight from here and multiple opinions, also if everyone found every answer in a book there wouldnt be a reason to be here
