Default gt40p's decent deal?

Hey guys i found these heads on ebay, i believe there gt40p heads and there only 200dollars a pair, shipping however is 95dollars. They look new.

Even though they're new, It's a bit too expensive for my taste. $295 for iron GT40Ps seems a bit much. Why not just go to a junkyard and get used? Even GT40s if you don't want the Ps which will require different headers?

I bought an entire turnkey 302 engine with the old GT40 heads and Explorer intake for $350.

heh i guess your right, ive just been looking around and those were the cheapist i could find from someone selling them. Just pointing it out thats all mate. I will be going to the junkyard and looking for stuff when it warms up around here.

Eh...not bad. If you spend a little more time you can find assembled heads for that or less USED. Also, try Clearwater Cylinder Head or Tri State Cylinder head.... I think they're around the same price, but assembled.

Ebay isn't the problem...you just have to be a smart buyer and make sure you're getting the right product. You can find hella deals on ebay if you look hard enough.

And always question people w/ low feedback, new accounts, and deals that are too good to be true.
