What octane Fuel?

What octane fuel should i be using on my Stock 1989 5.0... Is regular fine for should i be using premium... Also what is everoyne one running for synthetic oil?

ive been puttin 87 in my car and my timing is bumped to 14* and ive heard no detenation

i use regular old 87 octane.. i think you'd be wasting your money with premium..

and i tried synthetic.. and then just went back to regular.. found i got better oil pressure with the regular
