Default Clutch & Rear End Opinion!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am looking into buying a new clutch for my 95 GT. I am looking for some good acceleration and more horsepower. Does anyone have any recommendations on a clutch and whether or not 373 rear end would be in my best interest. If so, where would I find such things such as "maker" and websites to find these items.
