Now, here is what I would do. Call UPR and say this "someone sold me this kit and said that its the UPR U/L CA bolt kit but I just want to make sure... is there anyway to identify them? What size bolts are they?"

Now you have the bolt size, etc. Go to a local hardware store and buy grade 8 bolts for 1/4 of the price and you dont have to wait on shipping, etc
