Update, took old part and new part to local ford dealer, parts guy is a mustang nut like me, the neutral safety switch pigtail for mustangs from 1987 to 1995 is a discontinued item, he did a search and nobody still has one in stock, its either a junkyard item or cobble together the old and new and hope it works, not a fan of that kinda engineering so I guess it is junkyard time, another delay damnit....also my new part, turns out to be the correct part, they didn't lmow how it was supposed to connect to the cars harness, but he showed me that my part number, matchs what his computer called for...go figure.

You really dont need the NSS because you have the clutch safety start switch to prevent starting in gear.
