u will more than likely need a cowl without cutting up the frame/k-member

i think r.barn has the cleanest sleeper.. 400+ rwhp LX vert with 10 holes...

yes TT is going on soon.
and its not 475rwhp its 475hp flywheel.

good luck getting 351W under stock hood
good luck using drop mounts without a tubular K-member

went thru all this on mine.
started with 2.5" hood, ended up with 4" hood.

intake selection will decide what hood you can use.

with drop mounts and carb set-up with top of lower intake milled down a little
and low profile aircleaner you could probably squeeze one under a stock hood.

talk to Force4 he has a 351 under a stock hood i am sure he could give you a lot of adivce on how he did his.

I was looking into getting a Tubular Kmember from Maximum Motorsports and using the Drop Mounts...I was just wondering if that is going to cause a problem with my stock hood and my headers...thanks guys for all your input and I will ask Force4 to see what he has to say on the subject.

first of all a shoebox is a 55-57 belair or 66-67 nova!!!! and yes the 351 will fit under a stock hood

I was refering to the likeness of an actual shoebox to the sexy box shape that is the Fox body mustang.
