we talking 350 to crank or rwhp, because the right h/c/i will get you 350 at the crank. Might have to port everything, but you will get there lol

1) Sounds like your only mods are full exhaust and a K&N filter. Good start but as you imagine it won't net much power. Probably 195 - 200ish HP (I'm assuming a manual tranny.) Gonna depend on a lot of other things as well. Age / condition of engine, timing, temp, humitidy, pressure, etc.

2) 10 PSI of boost with an intercooler should get you pretty damned close. That would push you around 330 ish HP. You can get that last 20 or so by opening her up and letting her breathe a little (MAF, TB, perhaps even a new intake.) A supercharger will run $1,900 - $2,500 for a decent centri setup. If you wanted to do it without breaking the bank, this is how I would do it (and how I DID do it.)

2) You could go an alternative route and get a nice crate engine. T&L Engines have turnkey Crate engines for about $3,800. That will net 400 BHP.

2) You can also get a TrickFlow top end kit for $2,200 or so. That will get you to about 285 - 290 RWHP but you will still have to do a few more things to get 350. This route is way more expensive and not worth it IMO. It's not easy getting 350 on a stock 302 while remaining N/A.

3) It's going to depend on which route you go. I listed some prices above, but that was just to get an engne that can potentially reach those numbers. Don't forget that you need to actualyl get that to the ground.

Without suspension work you may just end up spinning your tires all day. Invest in some upper and lower control arms. A nice set of tires is a must too. Drag radials if you can afford them. All of that power needs fuel. So that means a new fuel pump and new injectors. The stock MAF will be pegged at 5v as well so you may want a larger one (plus one calibrated to the new injector size.) A new larger TB will help as well.

Just some things to thing about....

I got mine used off of ebay. A guy in a thread earlier listed off 3 sites where you can call and get prices or whatever on superchargers. I think it was samseed.
You mean someone actually listed to and remembered what I said? LoL

Don't forget that h is going to need at least a few supporting mods. At teh very least, and I mean bear bones minimum... get an FMU to at least do somthing about getting extra fuel there.

Preferably new pump, injectors, and MAF though. That will at least give him the numbers... even though the tires may just spin all day.
