Default P/s to manual

K i am currently goin to disconect my p/s lines so i can have manual steering, though readin through the forums i have read both statements where people say plug the lines and some say don't plug the lines. My question is which to do? Ne help would be appreciated.

I think you are supposed to leave the lines unplugged.

i am running it the way you are gunna do it just leave the lines unplugged. and make sure you pull the pump and bracket run a shorter belt or it will freeze on you and break the belt. i would suggest getting a manual rack too i am gunna get one as soon as i can afford it

I've thought about doing that before, as my power steering works too well. I'd probably want to get a manual rack though so that the gearing could do someof the work.
