When I push it almost to the floor (tried it in 2nd 3rd) the car jumps , it feels like its not getting fuel and its trying to die. For like 1 second it will accelerate and then the next second it will start chugging. It keeps doing that as long as I am on the pedel. Could this be the carb is not tuned correct. I already checked the fuel line and it doesn't seem to be hitting anywhere hot.
