What is the best carb spacer for the least amount of money.

Phenolic. Barry Grant and Holley make them on the pretty cheap.

Is there a specific kind you recomend like open or 4 hole or 4 hole with swirls in it. Stuff like that i was looking at getting this.

I like the carb spacers that have small holes in them, where a very cold liquid is vaporized and added into the intake stream... those ones get you the best HP addition

+1 or even the radiused port spacers. Those are what I have been using and they are primo, a little pricey but worth it.
