I need more power!
I got the H/C/I from trickflow, the throttle body, injectors, mass air flow sensor, headers, underdrives, flows, off road h, basiclly every bolt on but i want more. Should i buy my buddys stock 302 block and buy a 347 stroker kit and put everything on it next winter? Or should I go the s/c route. But i dont know how much the stock block will hold its got 88000 on it. Let me know what everyone thinks. Thanks.

Sweet setup - exactly what I am doing right now. My longer-term plans are to add a Turbo setup and see how the stock block holds up (currently 109k miles). You can always replace the block once it cracks I have been told stock blocks can handle up to 450 rwhp but then again you never really know.

RE: I need more power!
Yeah im guessing now im prolly gonna run high 13s, Id like to get down in the low 12s maybe high ll's. Right now I gotta auto but I have a manual tranny in the garage i need to put in.My friends got some parts so i could prolly do it for next to nothing. But yeah I want to make around 450-500 rwhp. So i dont know what i wanna do. I would really like to go n/a but what cost more. I just spent about 3500 so itll be next winter. But going to the track only makes it worse. I went last weekend to byron and the twin turbo stangs are mean as hell!!! Thanks everyone!

350rwhp can get you in the high 11's with slicks and suspension...if im not mistaken...correct me if im wrong...if i am wrong i will blow my block reaching it lol...im goin for high 11's w/ my sig setup & slicks and maby strange 10way. it should be about 350rwhp.
