Thanks..I should also note that it sounds Awesome...

I have a Harley that is pretty loud and my Dog-Black Lab does not even blink at it, but the 5.0 was idling in the garage on Sunday-whole house was shakin...dog came in the garage and ran out the door in 1 second...would not come back in.

When I was a younger man(now 36) I had a Big Block Chevy that was built in an old Monte Carlo and this 5.0 sounds meaner I think.

I grew up a Chevy guy but fell in love with the Foxes in the early 90s...my friends have been all over me all winter for building the 5.0 and not a 60s Chevelle or Camaro...My arguement is that you can build a 5.0 into anything..it can drag, street race, road race, cruise or be a show car.....The old Muscle Cars are nice but handle like crap....

Once they heard it run they were all sold!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dang! I'm very interested in the numbers you put down when you go to get it tuned. What kind of compression do you think you got?

I like your taste in the styling. My plan was to have mine look like that, ie cobra bumper insert, saleen wing, and a cobra rear bumper.

As far as the control arms go... I have the same brand. Every part out there has a horror story that someone perpetuates. I personally am not worried about it, I don't think you should be either.

Compression is 8.8:1..

The Goal is 425-460 at the wheels in a very streetable tune..my goal is to keep this motor together for a while so I dont want to detonate and split the block...My tuner and I agree that a well running tune on 93 Octane is much better than a high number that does not run that well..

I can always add the Methanol Injection if it does not end up where I want it...

Tune probably early May..I want to put a few miles on it.

What sized pulley you have on there to make 10psi? I have same setup essentially but am stuck with a pulley that is too much for what I want (12psi).

even though you have a 12psi pulley doesnt mean you will get 12psi out of it.

I got the Vortech S Trim High Output Kit(8-10lbs) and it comes with a

8 Rib 3.33 blower pulley and

8 Rib 6.87 crank pulley

The Powerpipe in the fender gives it the extra 2 lbs
