Anyone watching this show? I have never heard of it, but Stacy David, the old trucks guy, hosts it. Right now he is putting a 5.0 in a miata. Figured id let yall know in case ya'll have the urge to ever do it.

i was pissed that he left Trucks becasue the other guys are tools, then i saw that show and i was happy again

Its been done before. Google "monster miata". That was the company a few years ago that would put 5.0L drivetrains into miatas. You could order them with teh stock 225hp all the way up to 560 hp.

Yea he had a stock 5.0 sitting in his shop, he said "we could put this stock 5.0 in with 250 HP and go 0-60 in 4.8" I was a little skeptical about the 250HP, but then he unveiled the 400 hp beast that they are putting in it

He gutted the **** out of that thing.. I like the mods to the engine bay id like to see how they turn out.
