Tuning my Edelbrock Thunder 650 AVS

My car is running fine accept when I accelerate fast the car starts to lean out at 4K . I am sure it has to do with the Adjustable Valve Secondary but I am not sure how to tune this. Any suggestions?

Anyone , what does the screw on the avs do if I loosen it or tighten it.
