Hey, your uncle has a nice 66? Goat!

I prefer polished. Chrome is to much. My uncle has polished american racing torque thrust wheels on his car. I love them.

Yea. I got to drive it once. its got flowmasters, orginal turbo 400 trans and and the original engine. He got new spark plugs put in andnow hesangry because i think theychanged the timing. He works alot so he doesnt have time to work on his car.I think its a 400ci. sounds sweet and has white vinyl interior.

i have polished and ive never polished them since i got them, they havent changed since i got them (but i could be wrong) i love them. i probably should polish them soon though.all ive done to my rims is wash them with the soap i wash the car with, and they still look great to me (pic in my sig). it really doesnt matter to me though on finish, chrome or polished, they both look good.

When I had my 99 GT I was short on cash and bought polished to save some money. I will never again buy polished. They were dirty all the time, required lots of elbow grease to keep them shiny. I am crazy about keeping my cars clean. If you wash a car with polished wheels be prepared to clean them with mothers every time. Also, even if you do not drive the car very often the polished wheels will oxidize and loose the shine requiring you to get the mothers out and re-shine. Chrome all the way.
