ORIGINAL: BlessedHellride

If he bought an unbalanced kit, he has the option to balnce it any way he wants. There is three choices. 28, 50 or you could go with a neutral balance (0). I have been told that internal or neutral balance was the way to make the strokers last in a stock block.
If money grows on trees, then yes, you can do anything you want. But you almost make it sound like it's just as easy as picking what balance you want. In reality, the unbalanced kits come close to a certain balance. You'd almost be retarded to try and balance it otherwise. The Series 9000 Scat kits I sell are UNBALANCED but are 28 oz kits. I guess you could pay 3-4x the cost of a new balancer and flexplate in additional balancing if that's smart money to you though. Have you checked the price of heavy metal lately?

In reply to FullAuto,

No I'm not the retarded one here **** brick. If you would have read what I posted earlier, you would have saw where I said it would cost an *** load of cash to balance it to 50.5oz. Not every one on this website is a buncha retards like a select few of you think. As a matter of fact mr sponsor man, YOU can take this site and the other smartass's on here and shove straight up your ***. I am so tired of everyone chiming in with smart mouths on everyones threads on here.

Ok, Ok, take it easy guys.

So it looks as though, since this is gonna be a weekend street car, I'm gonna be going with the 50oz and the same spec flywheel that came off the 302.

Sound good? Or did I misunderstand something?

Yes you can go with a 50 oz balance. Get you a new balancer just to be on the safe side and let her rip.
